​Remodeling.  No job is too small.  From full guts to a basement buildout, or just a freshen up, regrout, or repaint, offering a full worry free, turnkey solution is most important - from start to finish.

Doors.  Before we enter a home, what's the first thing we will see that can cause some the most frustrating issues?  We love doors - probably too much, and we are good at them.  My motto is that everyone loves doors until they don't work!  We take doors very seriously and they all should work without issue, extra effort, slamming, pushing and pulling, or hip bumping.  They are the first line of defense for security and the outdoors.  Proper hardware function and thermal performance is key.   

• Door Replacement​.  Door leaf only.  Door and Frame tear outs and replace.  Custom sizing, machining, and prep work is no problem.  

• New Door Openings.  Need a garage door added to your garage, or walk out basement?  Have an opening already built that needs a door, or a set of doors to make into an office? 

• Door Modernization.  aka. Upgrade.  Do you own a home +20yrs old?  Are your doors leaking warm and cold air you work hard to pay for?  Let's look at modernizing it.  Let's add and adjustable threshold, door bottom seal, and new perimeter seals to keep the outside air, OUT.  

• Door and Frame Repair.  Split, broken, kicked-in, rotted, sagging, rubbing on the floor, out of adjustment.

Door Hardware.  It goes both ways, a bad door and good hardware is as bad as a good door and bad hardware.  You can't have one without the other.  Doors and hardware is a maintenance item that never gets maintained until it's too late.  

• Hinges.  I would almost guarantee any hinge in a home more than 5-8yrs. old needs replaced because of the low quality steel used on commodity grade hinges in the home.  The knuckles wear down, and spit out that notorious black powdery dust all over your door frames and casing.   Exterior doors should have ball bearing hinges but think about ball bearing hinges throughout, and you'll never see that black dust again, no creaking, squeaking or worn down knuckles.

• Locks and Latches.  Nothing is worse than a deadbolt that doesn't through into the jamb cleanly.  And there's nothing better than a deadbolt that throws into the jamb with the flick of a finger - one that my 92yo grandmother has no problem operating.

• Keyless.  It just makes sense to go keyless via keypad locks or deadbolts, especially on detached buildings.  We Can Help!  ​

• Cabinets.  A lot can be done to your existing cabinets in your kitchen, laundry room, pantry, and closets that can make your life better.  Upgrade your shelves to drawers.  Add drawers and slide-outs.  We'll build custom, or install what you already have.  We Can Help!

Installation & Assembly.  Sometimes it takes 3 times as long and 3 trips to the hardware store to do a common DIY task.  We have been there too, so we come prepared with the knowledge and skill to move quickly, overcome and fix unforeseen circumstances, while armed with all the supplies, correct fasteners, bolts, and anchors to get the job done without delay.  ​​
